Groomington Eats Return Paw-licy
At Groomington Eats, we believe every bite should be tail-waggingly delicious and every accessory should be as stylish as a pup in a fresh bandana. But we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, because let’s be honest, no one likes a ruff experience.
For Our Fetchin’ Good Dog Treats (Perishable Items) 🦴
Since our treats are made fresh and designed for canine consumption, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items.
But don’t worry—if something arrives looking like it went through a chew toy war before reaching you, let us know within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
If your treats arrived in a less-than-pawsome condition:
📸 Snap a pic and send it to us at woof@groomingtoneats.com along with your order number.
🐾 We’ll review the situation and either replace your order or issue store credit—because no pup deserves a bad snack break!
For Accessories & Non-Food Items (Collars, Bandanas, Human Swag & More!) 🎀
Not quite the right fit? No problem! We accept returns on non-food items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
✅ It’s unused, unwashed, and fur-free (we love dog hair, but let’s keep it on the pups).
✅ It’s still in its original packaging and in resale-ready condition.
Exchanges & Refunds:
🐶 Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We’re happy to swap it out! If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.
💰 Refunds: Once we receive your return and give it the ol’ sniff test (aka inspect it), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Give us a few days—processing refunds is slower than a senior pup on a hot day.
📦 Return shipping: We don’t cover return shipping unless we made a mistake. (Oopsies happen!)
The Fine Paw-print (AKA The Boring but Important Stuff)
🚫 Final Sale Items: Custom items, seasonal releases, and clearance items are final sale—no returns, no backsies!
📦 Lost Returns: If your return package disappears like a treat in front of a Labrador, we can’t be held responsible—so be sure to grab tracking when sending items back.
📅 Late Returns: If it’s past the 14-day window, we unfortunately can’t process the return. We recommend gifting it to a fellow dog lover instead—sharing is caring!
